My name is Lauren DeVasier, and I am from Crestwood, KY. I am a fourth-year student at the University of Kentucky, on track to graduate in May of 2026. My majors are Political Science and English, with a minor in Law & Justice. As someone who grew up bleeding blue, I always knew Lexington would be my future home. The lively campus and expansive academic opportunities have fueled my passion for education, as well as fulfilled my search for community.
Outside of being an ambassador, I am a member of Alpha Chi Omega, and I have the honor of being our Assistant Vice President of Philanthropy. I am also a member of Kappa Alpha Pi, the Pre-Law, and Government Fraternity here on campus. Additionally, I serve on our Student Activities Board as a promotions chair committee member, and on our Panhellenic Philanthropy Committee. Lastly, I proudly serve our Student Government as the Director of Services. Being involved on campus has been extremely transformative for my personal and professional growth. Overall, these experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded student and person, ready to take on new challenges!
Apart from academics, I love to read, listen to music, and spend time at the Lexington Humane Society! After graduation, I aspire to attend law school to become an attorney who makes a difference. Go Cats!
