Àlex Muñoz-Viso

PhD Candidate

I am a human geographer working at the intersection of urban, digital, and political geographies. I am interested in studying how human life, urban landscape, and (digital) technology are co-constructed.

I am also interested in cartography and GIS, looking at the possibilities offered by the incorporation of human experience, emotion, and affect into map design.

(I am currently on a leave of absence until Spring 2027, although I check my UKY email on a weekly or biweekly basis.)
