As the Department Manager for the College of Arts & Sciences, Manny Williams (he/him/his) brings a passion for leadership, creativity, and community-building to the heart of the Department of Geography.

In his role, Manny oversees the operations and development of the department—from managing budgets and scheduling, graduate-level operations to support events and coordinating faculty and student needs. He’s especially passionate about creating a welcoming, accessible, and efficient environment where everyone feels supported and seen. 

Manny brings over fifteen years of experience in marketing, design, and visual storytelling, offering a well-rounded skill set in both digital and print communications. His expertise includes branding, content development, social media deployment, photography.

Whether designing communications, spotlighting departmental achievements on social media, or helping students navigate the twists and turns of academic life, Manny believes in the power of clear communication, visually compelling storytelling, and genuine human connection.
